For some states, it's more efficient to run a statewide county search, which searches all the counties in a state.
Statewide is an option for the following states:
Alaska | New Jersey |
Alabama | New Mexico |
Colorado | New York |
Connecticut | North Carolina |
Delaware | North Dakota |
Florida | Oklahoma |
Hawaii | Oregon |
Iowa | Pennsylvania |
Idaho | Rhode Island |
Kansas | South Dakota |
Kentucky | Tennessee |
Maine | Texas |
Maryland | Utah |
Michigan | Vermont |
Minnesota | Virginia |
Mississippi | Washington |
Missouri | Wisconsin |
Montana | |
Nebraska |
How to add a statewide search to an order
On Order Report for New Applicants, select a package.
Under Additional Checks, check Statewide Criminal Report.
Under Choose an option, pick Current State of Residence or Select Statewide Jurisdiction Now. Current State of Residence is the default. It uses the state from the applicant's current address. Select Statewide Jurisdiction Now lets you choose a specific state.
Click Continue.
Statewide searches may add surcharge fees depending on the jurisdiction.
